Graphic Designer

Job description:

• Identify potential clients across industries with hiring needs and approach HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and other decision-makers to pitch staffing services.
• Conduct daily cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings.
• Build a pipeline of active prospects through persistent follow-ups.
• Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with clients to understand their hiring needs (roles, skill sets, timelines, volume).
• Share requirement briefs accurately with the internal recruitment team.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for number of mandates acquired and billing potential.
• Track sales funnel and conversion rates closely.
• Hand over requirements to the recruitment team and ensure candidate submissions are aligned with client expectations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
